Language Skills: Proficient in English both verbally and written
Must be able to operate a manual transmission (stick-shift) vehicle
Must be able to operate and comfortable driving a large SUV
Experience in customer service with an emphasis on being friendly and outgoing during customer interactions
Possess an upbeat personality, willingness to go the extra mile, and a strong work ethic
Must Be at least 18 years of age
Maintain uniform standards when on job premises
Ability to run and move quickly, stand for long periods of time as well as lift a minimum of 50 lbs when needed
Ability to operate a cash register/credit card machine
Must possess basic computer skills
Must have a valid Driver's License in state of residence
Ability to safely operate vehicles and pass a VPNE driving test
Be able to pass a criminal background check and RMV check with a clean driving record deemed insurable by VPNE's current insurance provider

Responsibilities
The role of House Car Driver is to provide exceptional guest experiences through transporting visitors to and from the hotel while ensuring the safety of everyone involved
In addition, the House Car Driver will ensure that all transactions meet company practices for revenue control
This is a hybrid role between a Professional Driver and a Ticket Auditor, chauffeuring guests, and maintaining the company revenue flow
Greet and transport guests in a professional and safe manner, including greeting guests at the front desk, escorting them to the car, opening and closing the door, and ensuring the car atmosphere is to their liking
Ensure punctuality when dropping off and picking up guests
Must be enthusiastic about the job, creating a positive environment for the team members and customers to enjoy
Look sharp and neatly groomed all times
Provide customer service and make exceptional guest experiences the priority in every transaction
Process transactions: cash, credit cards, checks, and validation transactions based upon location parking rates and requirements
Contribute to a safe environment for all guests and employees per company and site-specific guidelines
Maintaining a ready to serve posture that is welcoming to guests
Make eye contact and smile to all guests to acknowledge them
Prioritize assisting guests before other tasks
Working efficiently, without rushing, to help guests
Use VPNE preferred word choices while speaking with guests
Always operate vehicles in a safe manner to minimize the potential for accidents
Complete Rider Log for every ride given in the House Car
Bring the vehicle to pre-determined gas station locations and keep all receipts for gas
Bring car for regular car wash as dictated by car wash schedule
Adhere to VPNE credit card policy for all purchases made for the House Car
Adhere to VPNE attendance policy
All other duties as assigned
