Tele Caller Executive

Join our team as a Remote Telecaller and play a vital role in driving sales for our electronic manufacturing company from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities:

Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from your remote location, introducing and promoting our electronic products and solutions.
Engage with prospects in a friendly and persuasive manner, highlighting the unique features and benefits of our offerings.
Understand the needs and preferences of customers through effective communication and adapt sales pitches accordingly.
Document customer interactions and sales activities accurately in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and completeness.
Collaborate with the sales team virtually to coordinate follow-up actions and ensure seamless customer interactions.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics through online resources and training materials.
Provide prompt and efficient customer support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge through virtual training sessions and self-study opportunities.
Requirements:

Proven experience in remote sales or telesales, preferably in the electronics sector.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Proficiency in using remote communication tools, CRM software, and MS Office suite.
