Job Title: International Call Center Agent

Responsibilities:

- Answer customer calls from around the world

- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns

- Provide product/service information

- Handle complaints and escalate issues when necessary

- Meet call handling and resolution targets

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Fluency in multiple languages (specify languages)

- Previous call center experience (optional)

Working Hours:

- Specify shifts (e.g., day, night, rotating)

5 days working, blended process, cab facility
