About us

Really Awesome Coffee is a leading player in the mobile café franchise market, supporting the largest mobile café franchise network in the UK from our new office and factory/warehouse in Coalville.

We keep lots of activities in-house, converting coffee vans (and soon, camper vans), wholesaling goods to our franchise network, and providing training and support services.

We’re a small team (around 20 of us), and we’re looking for a new team member to fulfil a very varied role.

The position is full time - 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday

Primary responsibilities will include:
• Picking and packing stock (boxes generally up to 15kg) and printing shipping labels
• Driving a bendi-truck forklift (experience advantageous)
• Checking deliveries, unpacking stock & performing stocktakes
• Warehouse & site housekeeping (cleaning and tidying etc.)
• Occasional collections & deliveries using company vehicles
• Assisting with unskilled vehicle conversion tasks as required

You will be:
• Happy working in a small team
• Looking to stay with the company for multiple years
• Flexible and adaptable in your approach to the varied daily workload and the varied nature of the tasks to be undertaken
• Competent in learning and undertaking practical tasks

Requirements:
• A full (ideally clean) driving license
• A forklift license is beneficial, although not a requirement
• Basic/reasonable IT literacy
• A good awareness of general health & safety and manual handling protocols

Pay: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
