Job Title: Channel Marketing Manager

Salary: £50,000 - £65,000

Location: Crawley - Hybrid

I am recruiting for a Channel Marketing Manager to join a highly innovative and fast-growing firm backed by private equity. This role offers a hybrid work setup and an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team focused on delivering results.

Key Duties:
• Create and implement channel marketing strategies to enhance partner engagement and drive growth in end-customer qualified leads.
• Collaborate with the Business Development team to execute product awareness campaigns aimed at generating high-value leads.
• Understand partner Go-To-Market (GTM) motions and develop a tailored marketing strategy to support them.
• Expertly manage the Partner Resource Manager and leverage Hubspot CRM for maximum partner engagement.
• Analyse partner marketing campaign data, evaluate strategy effectiveness, report results, and utilize insights to enhance future engagement.
• Manage all communications related to marketing campaigns and cultivate strong partner networks.
• Stay updated on the latest channel marketing technologies and techniques.
• Develop and oversee a partner training program and a partner accreditation program.
• Coordinate partner sell-through events.

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years experience in channel marketing.
• Ability to create engaging and impactful content.
• Thrives in an independent and proactive work environment.
• Data-driven and focused on achieving results.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
