The Kings Head Hotel & MBB Brasserie in the heart of the busy Cotswold town of Cirencester are looking for a dynamic and personable individual to join our Reception team.

Job Summary:
• To carry out full hotel reception shifts daily in accordance with the weekly rota.
• To offer a warm and friendly welcome to all guests arriving at the hotel.
• To carry out daily reception duties such as checking-in and checking out of guests, guest invoices, cash handling, assisting with guest’s requests and queries etc.
• Assisting guests with luggage to their rooms
• To assist with daily reception administrative tasks.
• To consistently promote a professional image and maintain a high standard of personal presentation in line with hotel standards.
• To ensure good presentation and tidiness of reception areas.
• To work as part of a team supporting reception colleagues and other departments.

Pay: £11.00-£12.00 per hour

Experience:
