Role Description

This part-time role as an In-Home Care Giver for IDD Afterschool Kiddos at Alliance Services involves providing one-on-one support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We have families seeking an in-home care giver for their child in Portland, Tigard, McMinnville, and Salem. This position is 2:00pm - +pm Mon-Fri assisting with daily activities, promoting independence, and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for these school age individuals.

Qualifications
• Experience in caregiving or working with individuals with disabilities
• Ability to provide personalized attendant care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of person-centered planning and support techniques
• Patience, empathy, and compassion
