Shop Helper

The Shop Helper will primarily be responsible for loading and unloading material from Laser and CNC machines after long runs over the weekend. This role involves labelling parts once they are made and packaging and kitting parts based on the job number.

This is a fully on-site position in WEST FARGO, North Dakota.

Work Environment

About 40 people between all shifts. Hours are from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Friday through Sunday. Training will be on the day shift for 3-6 weeks, depending on the learning pace. Employees work 36 hours and get paid for 40 on the weekend shift, provided they work the full 36 hours to earn the 'bonus' 4 hours.
