Position: Project Coordinator Intern

Location: Ambala, Haryana
Salary Range: ₹3,000 - ₹5,000/month (+ Incentives)
Office Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities:

Telecalling: Connect with potential clients to introduce and promote our services.
Client Coordination: Act as a bridge between clients and the internal team, ensuring seamless communication.
Follow-Up Calls: Consistently follow up with clients to ensure project satisfaction and handle inquiries.
Product Pitching: Pitch new services and products to clients and explore cross-selling opportunities.
Email Handling: Respond to client queries via email and maintain professional communication.
Social Media Management: Assist in managing social media content and engagement.
Basic Computer Skills: Use essential tools like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.
Learning Opportunities:

Learn Canva for graphic design.
Explore tools like ChatGPT for smart communication.
Get familiar with WordPress, Shopify, Angular & latest technology for web development.
Preferred Skills:

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
Basic understanding of Social Media Platforms
A computer Certificate (if available) is a plus!
