Overview:

The Summer Internship Program provides high-potential students with a well-rounded, rewarding 10-week internship experience, as well as an inside look into what it is like to work for a global financial services organization that has been innovating and serving clients since 1784. With projects specifically chosen to both challenge and develop participants, our summer interns will gain valuable real-world experiences while learning to work together in collaborative teams and building a robust network within the company.

Audit

Internal Audit plays a key role in helping the organization succeed! The team contributes to the effectiveness of the Company's internal controls by providing independent, risk-based assurance reviews and consulting services designed to identify control risks, risk mitigants, control gaps, and opportunities to improve efficiency. Interns in Internal Audit will be provided targeted on-the-job training designed to build knowledge, expertise, and soft skills. This role will collaborate with experienced audit professionals from one of our highly skilled audit groups to learn how auditors can make an impact through risk mitigation techniques.

Projects interns have been placed on previously are:
• Process mapping and flowcharting
• Process gap identification through process analysis
• Testing bank controls for effectiveness
• Discovering and translating data anomalies into insights

Program Eligibility:
• Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program with a strong focus on business-related related majors preferred, ideally in Sales, Business Development, Communications, Finance, Accounting, Accountancy, Actuarial Science, Business Analyst, Economics, Business Economics, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Business Administration
• Individuals who will be graduating in December 2026 through June 2026
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better
• Well-rounded experience including demonstrated leadership skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status (now or in the future) in the region where they apply
