Graphic Designer Video Editor

We are seeking a creative and highly skilled Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of visual communication, design principles, and video editing techniques. You will be responsible for designing a wide range of materials and producing engaging video content that aligns with our brand identity and marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:
Create visually appealing graphics for digital platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and advertisements.
Design brochures, flyers, banners, posters, and other print materials.
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop on-brand design concepts.
Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual style.
Illustrate concepts by designing layouts, selecting colors, images, fonts, and other design elements.
Video Editing:
Edit raw video footage into polished, compelling content for social media, marketing campaigns, websites, and internal communication.
Add effects, transitions, sound, and music to enhance video content.
Collaborate with the creative team to storyboard, script, and execute video projects.
Create motion graphics, animations, and visual effects as needed.
Optimize video content for different platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, Facebook).
Brand Development:
Maintain the company’s visual identity across all materials.
Assist in the development of new branding assets, including logos, icons, and templates.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to deliver cohesive visuals and videos.
Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the company stays competitive.
Project Management:
Manage multiple design and video projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of all assets.
Coordinate with external vendors or freelancers when necessary.
Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience:
Proven work experience as a graphic designer and video editor (2-4 years preferred).
A portfolio showcasing graphic design and video editing work is required.
Skills:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
Knowledge of video editing tools (Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
Experience with motion graphics and animation.
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and design composition.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Preferred:

Knowledge of 3D design software (Cinema 4D, Blender) is a plus.
Experience with web design or basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation for digital marketing.
Photography and videography skills are an added advantage.
