Job Description:
We are looking for a Freelance HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Experience in recruiting for technical or specialized roles is preferred.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an HR recruiter.
Familiarity with online recruiting tools (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.).
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
Job Types: Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
