Role Overview:

They are seeking a Marketing Manager to drive the marketing strategies for their prestigious developments across London. This role offers the opportunity to manage exciting campaigns, oversee branding, and collaborate with creative teams to deliver impactful marketing solutions. You'll work closely with sales, senior management, and external partners to ensure the success of our developments in both UK and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead branding and marketing campaigns for new developments.
• Manage digital marketing, social media, and property portals.
• Plan and execute UK and overseas launches and events.
• Collaborate with interior designers and external suppliers on marketing suites.
• Oversee marketing budgets and PR strategies.

Requirements:
• Proven marketing experience within real estate.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• You should have an understanding of international markets
