The VP of Finance & Accounting is a key member of the organization’s leadership team and serves as a top advisor to the CEO, Finance and Operations departments.

Education, Experience and Requirements:

This role will be essential to the organization's continued success and sustainability.
• Contributing to the overall management of the company, as part of the senior management team
• Acting as the business partner for the CEO and Finance team in providing financial guidance and Counsel on all major strategic issues.
• Leads the organization’s financial planning and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with mission and strategic plans, effective use of resources, and the long-term viability of the organization.
• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance. MBA and/or CPA preferred.
• 5 years minimum experience as a VP of Finance preferably within the CPG food manufacturing industry
• 10+ years total accounting or finance experience
• Must have experience working for an American company
• Background in Big 4 Accounting is a plus.
• Outstanding knowledge and understanding of GAAP and IFRS.
• Background coordinating with I.T. staff to manage and/or upgrade accounting systems. Systems implementation experience is strongly preferred.
