RS Refrigeration Services are an ISO +001 accredited company based near Hook, Hampshire that has been established for over 40 years. Specializing in design and installation of high quality commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems. With over 40 years’ experience, we have built our reputation on maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

We are seeking an ambitious and motivated Service Engineer with a minimum of 5 years’ experience servicing and maintaining commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems. You will need good diagnostic skills and have the ability to attend site alone and complete first time fixes where possible.

We provide service & maintenance packages tailored to our customer base. You will be required to carry out both reactive and preventive maintenance work on commercial refrigeration and air conditioning equipment. We offer a 24-hour breakdown service to our contract customers only. You would share the responsibility for emergency cover with our team of engineers, our stand-by rota is currently 1 week in 7. (very minimal call outs)

Our client base consists of end users only. We do not work with supermarket or retail contracts.

You must be confident in your ability to complete work to a high standard and build a good rapport with the customers. You will also be computer IT and App literate as all of our jobs are logged and sent to our engineers tablets via Simpro.

Essential Experience
• Minimum 5 years practical experience servicing and breakdown works
• NVQ 2 / City & Guilds Refrigeration Air Conditioning
• F-Gas Cat 1
• CSCS / CITB Skills card
• IPAF & PASMA
• Based around RG27 +GR area - 40 mile radius
• Full UK driving license
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Enjoy working within a team as well as alone

• Salary Up to £42,000 + Overtime
• 45 Hours Per Week
• 1 in 7 standby
• 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
• Paid Door to Door
• Overtime rates: Monday - Saturday @ 1.5, Saturday Evening, Sundays and Bank Holidays @ 2

This is a 45-hour per week contract paid door to door with overtime paid @ rate of 1.5 Monday-Saturday and double time on Sunday’s. You will be provided you with a company van, work phone, tablet, specialist tools, uniform and PPE to ensure you have everything you need to complete your role to the highest standard.
