Responsibilities
Manages administrative and reporting tasks in support of Human Resources
Drives a culture of customer satisfaction through effective execution and development of systems and processes
Download and update resumes directly from Indeed and other forums into Applicant Stack first thing in the am
Call candidates in Applicant stack to schedule interview times with supervisor or HR staff
Follow up with candidates in the pipeline to ensure that onboarding paper and testing are being completed in a timely fashion
Conduct Attendance calls every Monday to inform employees of where they are at via points
Assisting in quarterly key audits
Every Monday verify insurance information for new employees who will be driving while on company time
Quarterly ensure everyone is up to date
Process and track unemployment claims and appeals
Proper filing of documents within the office
Process and track Comp Management Paperwork and claims
Conduct exit interviews for those employees who have left the company
Conduct searches on social media and job sites such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Zip Recruiter, Indeed, Career Builder for candidates
Assist in updating social media postings
Help Maintain company online presence for reviews, ratings, and visibility
Answer phones and take messages
Maintain a high level of organization in both paper files and computer files
Job description
Job Purpose:

Manages administrative and reporting tasks in support of Human Resources. Drives a culture of customer satisfaction through effective execution and development of systems and processes.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
• Download and update resumes directly from Indeed and other forums into Applicant Stack first thing in the am.
• Call candidates in Applicant stack to schedule interview times with supervisor or HR staff.
• Follow up with candidates in the pipeline to ensure that onboarding paper and testing are being completed in a timely fashion.
