Summit Service Solutions, an expanding skilled trades staffing firm, seeks a dynamic Recruiter / Staffing Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-notch skilled tradesmen. This is a full-time, REMOTE opportunity where you will work Monday through Friday from +AM to 5PM EST. Working with us, you’ll earn $20 per hour, plus an annual performance-based bonus. Your daily responsibilities as a Recruiter with Summit will include:
• Utilizing your staffing expertise to identify, engage, and recruit candidates for various positions, including electricians, plumbers, welders, carpenters, and more.
• Developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies to source passive candidates and build a robust talent pipeline.
• Conducting thorough candidate assessments, interviews, and evaluations to ensure the best fit for both candidates and us, as well as our clients.
• Staying up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscapes to inform recruitment strategies and best practices.

To qualify, you must have at least 4 years of experience recruiting skilled tradesmen and:
• Prior staffing industry experience.
• Prior experience using Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills to establish connections with candidates, industry professionals, and trade organizations.
• The ability to effectively engage and persuade candidates.
• A college degree.
