Join our team as a Senior Distinguished Engineer focusing on Generative AI Systems. In this pivotal role, you will play an essential part in advancing AI technologies within the financial sector, ensuring the delivery of innovative, user-centric solutions that enhance customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities
• Architect and implement fault-tolerant infrastructure for large-scale training tasks, prioritizing performance and reliability in cloud environments.
• Create infrastructure for deploying extensive machine learning models in public cloud settings.
• Establish a thousand-node training cluster, fine-tuning storage and networking to optimize training efficiency.
• Develop benchmarking frameworks to evaluate AI systems and provide strategic recommendations for enhancements in technology and architecture.
• Innovate applications utilizing large language models (LLMs) and foundation models (FMs).
• Design and execute MLOps strategies to manage the lifecycle of foundation models effectively.

Required Skills
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or C/C++.
• Extensive experience in crafting AI and ML algorithms within public cloud environments.
• In-depth understanding of large-scale distributed computing systems.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices and the complete model lifecycle.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the AI technology stack, including LLMs.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• ++ years of experience in designing and implementing large-scale distributed computing systems.
• At least 6 years of expertise in developing AI and ML algorithms using Python or C/C++.
• Over 3 years of experience overseeing the full ML development lifecycle in public cloud settings.

Compensation And Benefits

This role is remote-eligible, offering a competitive compensation package that reflects your expertise and contributions. The salary range is structured based on location, as follows:
• New York City (Hybrid On-Site): \(321,500 - \)366,+00
• San Francisco and San Jose, CA (Hybrid On-Site): \(340,500 - \)388,700
• Remote (Regardless of Location): \(272,400 - \)310,+00
