Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Jaipur for a Sales and Marketing Specialist at Click Exim. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing and sales plans to support the growth of our international business. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, and provide customized solutions. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will also ensure customer satisfaction through prompt communication, effective customer service, and meeting customer needs.

Qualifications
• A Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in international trade or related industries
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical customers
• Knowledge and experience with marketing tools, such as CRM software, email marketing, and social media platforms
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• A passion for sales and marketing, and a desire to contribute to the growth of our international business
• Experience with data analysis and reporting, and the ability to use data to drive decision making
