To be considered for the role I am applying for in a firearms retail store, I must successfully complete Firearms Authorized Training and pass the Criminal Background Check (CBC)
I am mindful of the fact that obtaining a state-issued Certificate of Eligibility may be mandatory for the job I am applying for, especially if the facility focuses solely on ammunition sales and has to adhere to state-specific standards
Job success necessitates attending and passing all mandatory job-related trainings and assessments, like Academy trainings and Open Door trainings, which is required of all associates

Preferred Qualification of Retail Service Team Leader:
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University, Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University, General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports to include the responsibility of performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing
