Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Electrical Helper to join our team in Tabor City. As an Electrical Helper, you will play a vital role in assisting electricians with various tasks related to electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs. Your primary responsibility will be to support the electricians in their daily tasks, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist electricians with installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and components.
• Aid in pulling wires, mounting equipment, and connecting electrical systems under the supervision of experienced electricians.
• Perform basic electrical tasks such as drilling holes, running conduits, and assembling electrical components.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with supervisors.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• Be punctual and reliable, adhering to the specified work schedule.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements
• Previous experience as an electrical helper is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems and components.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions closely.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges in electrical work.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Successful completion of a skills test related to electrical helper tasks is required before hiring.

Work Schedule
• Days: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Hourly Rate: $13.00-$15.00 per hour
