Job Description:

· Designation: MIS / Sr. MIS Analyst

· Process: US Healthcare

· Shift Timings: Day Shift (2 PM To 11:30 PM)

· Working Days: 5 Days working (Saturday & Sunday weekly off)

· Work Location: 5th Floor, Infocity Tower 1, near Indroda circle, Gandhinagar

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Interpreting data analysis results, drawing conclusions, and making recommendations based on the findings to support business decisions and strategies

· Analyzing workforce performance data and generating reports to evaluate the effectiveness of staffing strategies and identify areas for improvement.

· Forecasting and planning staffing requirements based on historical data, business trends, and anticipated workload

· Creating reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate analytical findings and insights to stakeholders

· Coordinating with various teams, including HR, operations, and customer service, to align staffing plans with business objectives

· Keeping up-to-date with the latest data analysis techniques, tools, and industry trends, and continuously improving technical and analytical skills

· Develop and automate the existing and new reporting requirements, keeping them standardized, but flexible enough to incorporate last minute changes and adjustment in fast moving reporting environment.

· Work closely with Operations on their automation related requirements.

· Support on projects in Automation and meet timelines of the project on technical front.

· Working on Web scrapping automation tasks.

Competency:

· Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Any graduate

· Familiarity with WFM/MIS and financial programs

· Strong Advance Excel skills

· Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Complex Reports automation
