Atishay operates predominantly in the Government and Banking Sector, with its fintech product Zapurse reaching over 21000 agents nationwide.Profile Brief:We are seeking a seasoned Solution Architect with over 8 years of IT consulting and project implementation experience. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years as a Solution Architect in an IT company, with a preference for Aadhaar Ecosystem experience and proficiency in Java and related technologies.Job Description:Oversee the architectural aspects of software development for various projects within the company.Collaborate with project teams to implement solutions that align with client requirements and company standards.Provide technical leadership in the design, development, and deployment of complex software solutions.Stay abreast of the latest technological advancements and integrate innovative solutions into the company's service offerings.Ensure that all solutions are scalable, secure, and maintain compliance with industry standards and certifications.Responsibilities:Design and develop high-level product specifications with attention to system integration and feasibility.Define all aspects of development from appropriate technology and workflow to coding standards.Communicate successfully all concepts and guidelines to the development team.Oversee progress of the development team to ensure consistency with initial design.Provide technical guidance and coaching to developers and engineers.Qualifications:B.E./B.Tech in IT/Computer Science/Computer Engineering or MCA from a recognized university.Minimum 8 years of experience in IT consulting and project implementation, with at least 5 years as a Solution Architect.Strong expertise in Java, JSP, JDBC, Struts, Spring, Hibernate, and related technologies.Familiarity with web servers such as JBoss, Tomcat, and databases like MySQL.Experience with operating systems including MS Windows and development environments like Eclipse and SVN.Notes: The position is based in Jaipur, Rajasthan and requires on-site attendance.
