As a Nurse Educator, you will play a crucial role in mentoring and teaching current and future nursing students. Your responsibilities will include designing, delivering, and evaluating educational curricula, as well as staying up-to-date on clinical practices to ensure our programs remain current and effective.

Responsibilities:
• Mentor and teach current and future nursing students.
• Design, deliver, and evaluate educational curricula.
• Write and review educational materials, including textbooks.
• Document students' progress and provide guidance on their educational journey.
• Research and stay up-to-date on clinical practices.
• Develop patient care plans and assist patients with their clinical needs.

Requirements:
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing.
• Certified Nurse Education certification.
• Registered Nursing Licence.
• Strong clinical background with hands-on experience.
• Working knowledge of theories of education and learning to design curricula.
• Current working knowledge of clinical procedures and protocols.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficiency in using educational and clinical technology.
