Job Requirements

We are looking for an experienced IVF Nurse to join our team at Birla Fertility & IVF. The ideal candidate should have at least 1-5 years of experience in the field of IVF and should be able to provide excellent patient care. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing fertility treatments, including egg retrieval, embryo transfer, and other related procedures. The IVF Nurse will also be responsible for monitoring the patient’s progress throughout the treatment cycle, providing emotional support, and educating patients on the IVF process.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate should also have a strong understanding of the IVF process and the ability to provide compassionate care to patients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing fertility treatments, including egg retrieval, embryo transfer, and other related procedures

• Monitor the patient’s progress throughout the treatment cycle

• Provide emotional support to patients

• Educate patients on the IVF process

• Maintain accurate records of patient care

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
