Fresher School Teacher in D|P|S

Job description
A School Teacher is responsible for facilitating student learning and teaching them academic, social and emotional skills. School teachers create lesson plans, grade assignments and exams and communicate with parents, students and colleagues to ensure the success of their students.

Key Responsibilities
• Create lesson plans and syllabi based on curriculum guidelines and school standards
• Tailor lesson plans to meet the individual needs of students, including those with special needs and learning disabilities
• Instruct and supervise students in a classroom or other learning environment
• Assign and grade classwork, homework, tests and assignments
• Provide constructive feedback to students and parents about academic progress, behavior and other issues
• Collaborate with other teachers, administrators and parents to create a positive learning environment
• Participate in professional development and training sessions to stay current on teaching methods and trends
• Use technology and other teaching aids to enhance the learning experience

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• Valid teaching certification or license
• Proven experience as a teacher
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for teaching and helping students succeed
