Job Description

Daily rate contract opportunity to work with this leading enterprise financial organisation based out of Newcastle, NSW. This organisation is going through a major digital transformation program and this role will give you the opportunity to work across exciting system implementation and upgrade projects within the business.

We are looking for experienced Project Managers who have delivered digital, enterprise CRM/ERP, applications, infrastructure or data analytics projects across enterprise organisations. If you have worked in the banking sector that would be a bonus but not a deal breaker. This role is based in Newcastle with flexible work-from-home arrangements and likely a contract until July 2026.

Your Experience

Ideally have 5 + years of experience working on Enterprise ERP/CRM, Digital, Financial Systems, Applications, Infrastructure or Data Migration projects.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, ability to maintain effective relationships, and ensure the project is aligned to business objectives.
Strong team leadership and ability to communicate a vision for the project, creating a motivating environment and building a team culture with a focus on ownership, delivery and collaboration across business and IT
Highly experienced with one or more of the following AGILE, PRINCE2, PMBOK, with proven ability to embed agile ways of working into project delivery framework.
Highly experienced in producing clear and concise reporting to senior management and using PM technology tools to drive project outcomes. (Confluence, Jira, Kanban, MS Project, Activity Timeline, SharePoint)
Proficient in Agile sprint planning, and be familiar with agile ways of working.
Contemporary project management skills, including strong planning with an ability to prioritise work to meet deadlines, manage dependencies, assumptions, risks and issues and instil stakeholder confidence
Ability to proactively anticipate and resolve problems/roadblocks and maintain delivery momentum
