Senior Business Analyst | UiPath

As a Senior Business Analyst specialising in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), you will play a key role in identifying, analysing, and documenting business processes for automation. You’ll collaborate with diverse stakeholders, from technical teams to executives, ensuring the successful implementation of innovative RPA solutions.



Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities within business processes.
Conduct detailed analysis of existing workflows to facilitate RPA implementation.
Gather and document business requirements for automation.
Develop RPA business cases and use cases for executive review and approval.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and feedback from stakeholders.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and define success criteria for automation projects.


Essential Skills & Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Analysis.
Strong expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), particularly with UiPath.
Proficient in process mapping, business process modelling, and requirements gathering.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.


Security Clearance

Baseline clearance required (or the ability to obtain and maintain).

Contract Details

Initial Contract: 12 months
Extension Options: Up to 24 months (extension at client discretion)
Location: Multiple locations with flexibility for work-from-home arrangements on a case-by-case basis.
