What You'll Be Doing:
• Record and review the day-to-day accounting work for the assigned clients.
• Finalization of Accounts and bookkeeping of the US Accounting.
• Preparing Financial statements like Balance sheet & P&L, Debtors & Creditors summary, Purchase & Sales summary and Bank Reconciliation.
• Financial Reporting and Analytics.
• Handling day to day queries of clients and operations, communicating with clients using email and/phone.
• Work with a result-oriented approach.
• Training of new team members as and when required.
• Month End closing reports as per set deadlines.

What we're looking for:
• Bachelor's in accounting or finance B. Com / M. Com / MBA / Inter CA / CMA / CPA
• Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, with management experience
• Strong US GAAP knowledge
• 1+ years of Experience in Accounting
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong Excel skills

Anticipating and pro-active attitude:
• Pro-actively handling client queries in a timely and professional manner
• Avoid client escalations and unexpected news (on work/deadlines/fees)
• Excellent organization and time management skills with ability to prioritize work and function with minimal guidance
• Culturally sensitive (NL colleagues, ACE colleagues and the clients)
• Exceptional attention to detail, effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks
• Interacting with clients on various accounting reports and resolve queries
