Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior HVAC Design Engineer to join our team in Bangalore Urban. This full-time role invites professionals with a maximum of 10 years of experience to lead HVAC design projects, ensuring adherence to industry standards and client specifications. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills and possess profound knowledge of ASHRAE standards and HVAC system design.

Qualifications and Skills
• Extensive experience in HVAC system design (Mandatory skill), with a focus on delivering effective and efficient solutions.
• Proven project management skills (Mandatory skill), capable of leading projects from conception to completion.
• In-depth knowledge of ASHRAE standards (Mandatory skill), ensuring compliance and excellence in all design aspects.
• Strong proficiency in energy efficiency analysis, translating to sustainable and cost-effective design outcomes.
• Expertise in AutoCAD, demonstrating ability to create detailed and accurate design representations.
• Solid understanding of mechanical engineering principles, crucial for sound HVAC system designs.
• Excellent communication skills, facilitating seamless interaction with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• Experience in drafting and reviewing technical specifications, ensuring all project requirements are met comprehensively.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Develop and deliver HVAC system designs that meet project specifications and industry standards.
• Lead and manage HVAC projects, coordinating resources, timelines, and stakeholders effectively.
• Ensure all designs comply with ASHRAE standards and leverage energy efficiency analysis to optimize performance.
• Utilize AutoCAD to produce and modify design plans, ensuring precision and compliance with project requirements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate HVAC systems seamlessly with other engineering systems.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide technical guidance and solutions.
• Conduct site visits as necessary to ensure correct implementation of designs and troubleshoot any arising issues.
• Prepare detailed technical specifications and documentation to guide project execution and maintenance.
