This is a part time role for 24-30 hours a week, and we are seeking an enthusiastic, technically savvy, and experienced Accounts Payable Officer with great attention to detail. Key responsibilities include:

Accounts payable duties such as business banking, invoice and payment processing, staff reimbursement, and reconciliation
Management of the accounts payable email account
Maintain and update suppliers’ records to ensure details are current and accurate
Accruals, journal entries and recurring templates
Maintaining good records for supplier documents, invoices and other payments
Preparing analysis of accounts and producing monthly reports
