Key Responsibilities:

Trend Forecasting: Conduct in-depth trend analysis and forecasting for upcoming seasonal collections. Build long-term product strategies that anticipate shifts in the market and consumer preferences.
Design Development: Lead design development, from concept to final product, including tech pack creation and sample oversight, communicating adjustments to the patternmaker.
Stakeholder Liaison: Collaborate with stakeholders to align design with commercial goals, ensuring pre-orders and client needs are met.
Critical Path Management: Oversee the development stages of styles, ensuring smooth sample progression, and managing timelines for finalization.
Software Proficiency: Utilize Adobe Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop, in design tasks.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field
5+ years of experience in a senior fashion design role, with a proven record of market prediction
Deep understanding of fashion trends, consumer behavior, and strategic product planning
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design tools
Strong technical knowledge of garment construction and pattern-making
Innovative mindset with the ability to merge creative vision with commercial viability
