Qualification-

A Bachelor of Ayurveda Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) or a Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS) or a Doctor of Pharmacy (Ph.D.), or a Master’s Degree in Pharmacy(M. Pharma) from an accredited institution.

Job Description

1. The Wellness Advisor is responsible for offering expert advice and guidance on medication use, including preventive, curative, and contributive treatments across Allopathy, Homeopathy, Ayurveda, alternative therapy medicines, and wellness care products.

2.Frequently visit retail stores and interact with customers and promote sales.

3.Provide product and sales training to staff and on medication use, safety protocols, and new pharmaceutical products.

4.Mentor and support junior pharmacists or pharmacy technicians as needed.

5. Stay updated on new drug therapies, clinical guidelines, and best practices in pharmacy and healthcare.

6. Ensure availability to provide support to staff and patients over the phone during store operating hours.

Skills:

1. In-depth clinical knowledge of preventive, curative, and contributive therapist, including Allopathy, Homeopathy, Ayurveda, alternative medicines, and wellness care products.

2. Excellent communication and patient counselling skills.

3. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with healthcare teams.

4. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

5. Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
