About The Role

Assist lawyers with the preparation, drafting and review of leasing documents, including leases, subleases, and amendments.
Oversee the retail leasing function
Maintain and organize files and records, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
Liaise with clients, landlords, and tenants to facilitate smooth transactions.
Provide administrative support as needed to enhance team efficiency

About You:

Previous experience in retail leasing is essential
Ideally you will have worked with larger scale clients
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
