Graphic Designer

This job is required to perform: (specific duty tasks)

Create visually appealing and on-brand graphics for various marketing materials, including promotional materials, and social media content
Research and evaluate functional communication needs
Ensure consistency in design across all platforms, maintaining adherence to brand guidelines while infusing creativity and freshness into our visual communication
Undertake in the development of engaging digital content for online platforms, including social media graphics, email campaigns, and website visuals
Oversee negotiations with clients, management, sales, and production teams to establish and finalize design solutions
Direct our management teams to establish design requirements, provide creative guidance, and drive brainstorming sessions
Stay informed about industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to bring innovative ideas to the table
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and familiarity with digital design tools
Strong creative and conceptual thinking with the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs
Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work within deadlines
Good communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale
Job requirement: applicant must meet following requirement to apply for this job

Relevant bachelor’s degree Level 7 above
Or
Over 5 years’ experience in relevant industry
