Call Centre Representative Bush Road Medical Centre Four days a week

Looking for a Call Centre operator for our busy practice, four days a week. There will be some admin as part of the position. Bush Road Medical values customer service ethic as much as the technical skills you can bring to the team - our culture is what sets us apart!

What will your responsibilities be?

Handle calls (and other contacts) efficiently.
Superb customer service
Provide efficient and timely administration.
Who are we looking for?

A customer service superstar with a strong communication skills (listening, verbal and written)
Comfortable working in a busy environment
Reliable, self-motivated and a team player
Previous customer service experience in an inbound/outbound role preferred but not essential.
A strong communicator with people from all walks of life
Great sense of humor a must
Medtech/Evolution experience would be an advantage
