Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented AML Support Analyst to join our Compliance Team. As an AML Support Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting our Compliance Team by answers calls, responding to emails, and completing administration work for the wider team.
Responsibilities:
Take customer calls and provide accurate answers to their queries and concerns.
Offer patient assistance and support.
Call clients and customers to follow up on the outstanding information we require.
Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or services
Analyse customer information and documentation to verify identity, assess risk, and detect potential suspicious activities.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues related to customer due diligence.
Collaborate closely with internal business units to ensure effective communication and resolution of compliance matters.
Keep up to date with regulatory changes and updates, ensuring policies and procedures are updated accordingly.
Experience required:
Previous call centre or customer service experience preferred.
Strong analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
