Sr Manager, Digital Marketing

On-site 4 days a week in the Grapevine/Trophy Club area - Remote is not an option at this time

We are seeking an experienced Sr Manager, Digital Marketing to come in and transform the consumer experience for our client. The ideal person for this role will have a strong background in B2C customer acquisition and a deep understanding of leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) as a CRM to drive effective and personalized marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities
• Create and execute digital marketing strategies for customer acquisition focusing on B2C channels to maximize leads and conversions from company's website using data driven insights
• Manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across website, SEM, SEO, Email/SMS, and social
• Utilize SFMC as a CRM to segment customer data, personalize messaging, and automate marketing campaigns
• Develop customer journeys and workflows within SFMC to optimize engagement and drive conversions
• Focus on optimizing performance metrics such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Lifetime Value (LTV)
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure digital marketing efforts align with overall business objectives

Requirements
• 8-12 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on B2C customer acquisition
• MUST have proven experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) as a CRM to drive personalized marketing campaigns
• Strong understanding of omni-channel marketing strategies and tactics
• Demonstrated success in optimizing performance metrics such as CAC and LTV
• Experience in developing and executing comprehensive digital strategies to maximize leads and conversions from the website leveraging the database
• Experience in demand generation, acquisition and retention - strong understanding of marketing funnels and optimization tactics
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with a track record of managing high-performing teams
• Management experience is a plus - you will be managing 1-2 team members
