Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to join our team. We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in managing a caseload from instruction through to completion. The ideal candidate will have experience in drafting and approving various legal documentation and conducting legal research where appropriate. Applications from Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, Legal Executives and those qualified by experience will be considered.
• Fee earning experience essential within Residential Property Law.
• Proven track record of meeting targets.
• Professional and proactive approach.

The role:
• Managing a caseload from instruction through to completion.
• Drafting and approving various legal documentation.
• Effectively maintain the firm's case management system.
• Ensuring all post completion formalities are dealt with.
• Conduct legal research where appropriate.
