Repertoire Wellington Store Manager – Full time - NZ Women’s Fashion brand – NZ Owned and Operated
Join Repertoire Wellington as a store Manager to lead a dynamic team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional service in a creative, empowering fashion environment!
Repertoire is created to inspire women with clothing they can feel confident in while celebrating their unique style personality. Our collections are designed for now and forever, transcending seasons and trends with a timeless aesthetic. The significant majority of Repertoire garments are locally made right here in NZ.
We have an exciting management opportunity in our beautiful new Wellington CBD store. We are looking for a driven and energetic, full-time Store Manager to help nurture and grow our Wellington sales and team. The days of work being 38 hours, Tuesday to Saturday.
Key responsibilities include:
Styling and selling NZ fashion
Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Leading by example, setting high sales standards and delivering exceptional customer service.
Understand and meet store targets
Ensure high standards of stock integrity
Run monthly events to increase brand awareness and attract new customers
Manage day to day store operational requirements
Preparation of the monthly store rosters
Coach and develop your team to ensure their sales, customer service and product knowledge are maximised.
