Full|Stack Lead |Founding Engineer

Aviate is solving pressing problems to unlock a multi-billion dollar opportunity and a chance to transform the recruitment and job-preparation markets in India.

We are creating a suite of recruitment products for job seekers and employers. We currently operate Aviate, our B2C employability enhancement and placement product for job-seekers and Q-Rate, our B2B SaaS play targeted at large employers and recruitment agencies.

We are a profitably growing venture with over 100 clients and have been backed by the Quant Fund of AngelList along with some prominent entrepreneurs of the Indian startup ecosystem including founders of companies like Khatabook, Lets Transport, JODO and Housing.com.

We are seeking a Full-Stack Engineering Lead with the following attributes.

• A Full-Stack developer with an exceptional command on Python and React.js

• Minimun experience of 3+ years in a growth-stage or early-stage venture will be preferred.

• Dreamer, a tech architect and a hands-on developer all rolled into one

• Working knowledge of building a highly scalable application

• Responsible for building the engineering stack that is the foundation for our products and services
