ABOUT THE COMPANY
‘Brave’ is a leading fashion store in the heart of the fashion precinct of Osborne Street in Newmarket. They stock a beautiful, curated collection of women’s and men’s denim, apparel, and footwear from leading European fashion brands, such as Diesel, Scotch & Soda, Garcia, Fil Noir and more.

ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a rare opportunity to lead our small and passionate team. While you will be supported by our head office, this is a role for a true leader to run the store as if it were your own. As a manager, you will be required to lead the store on at least one weekend day, or even both weekend days, if you prefer.

We’re looking for a passionate leader who has delivered in a similar role previously. Customer service experience, initiative, and genuine leadership in the store are absolute prerequisites for success in this role. A keen eye and love of fashion are important too. Changing the visual merchandising

Providing staff training
Creating and managing rosters and leave
