The Role

An exciting Full-Time opportunity is now available for a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our close-knit customer service team based in Christchurch. You will liaise with customers and corporate clients and receive inbound enquiries.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Receive and handle inbound calls from a diverse customer base
Create a memorable experience for our clients and customers
Assist customers and corporate clients with specific enquiries
Provide a high level of personalised customer service
Manage client relationships and correspondence
Key Selection Criteria

Prior experience in an office-based role ideal however not essential
Confident and professional phone manner
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure and achieve KPI's
Strong computer literacy
Positive attitude and a desire to go above and beyond to deliver high quality customer service
