Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth operation of our office while providing essential administrative support

Days/Hours:

Monday-Friday
8am – 5pm
Job Summary:

As an Office Administrator, you will ensure smooth operations and efficient workflows. Your responsibilities will include managing office activities, maintaining filing systems, and coordinating meetings. You will also handle tasks such as account receivable and payable, along with data entry for stock management and reporting.

In addition to these core duties, you will provide general administrative support to team members. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude, contributing to a collaborative work environment. Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing priorities will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily office activities and maintain an organized workspace.
Answer and route phone calls and emails in a professional manner.
Maintain filing systems and manage office supplies inventory.
Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as needed.
Assist with various administrative tasks to support team members.
Handle accounts receivable, including invoicing.
Process accounts payable.
Perform data entry, including stock input and output, and data recording.
Carry out general office duties as required.
Potential Additional Responsibilities for the Right Candidate:

Payroll
Qualifications:

Experience in an administrative role or similar capacity is preferred but not required.
Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) being an advantage.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Other Requirements:

Driver's license: Restricted preferred.
