Mystery shopping provides you with the flexibility to work around your lifestyle and be your own boss!!! This is a fun and varied hobby job that will give you the opportunity to share your customer experiences.
Our clients care deeply about their customer interactions, and want to be “best in class” in their industry. As a mystery shopper, your feedback assists our clients to measure their customer service performance and implement strategies to improve the customer experience.
Your role is to document compliance against company behaviours and practices, elevating their customer experience and helping them build a consumer preferred and trusted brand.
Responsibilities:
Visit various car dealerships/shops within a specific timeframe.
Understand the “brief” or “requirements” of the visit.
Retain the information and capture any photos needed for the shop.
Submit your survey findings online within the deadline.
Skills needed:
Must be enthusiastic, well presented, reliable and can work within strict reporting deadlines.
Must have regular access to email, internet, computer/laptop or iPad/tablet and a Smart Phone.
Excellent attention to detail and information retention skills.
High level of communication, spelling and grammar skills.
A full drivers licence
