Food Beverage attendant

We have an exciting opportunity to join a small team of professionals at a stunning lodge, located 55 minutes north of Auckland city. The successful applicant will have strong interpersonal skills and must work well in a team environment, have the ability to work well under pressure, and well developed organizational and time management skills are essential. Be prepared to work night and day shifts when required.

As a F&B Attendant, you will play a crucial role in presenting our food and beverage facilities in the best light. You will be responsible for carrying out daily restaurant, bar and conference service, and maintaining the high standards of customer service that Woodhouse is known for.

Responsibilities:
• Monitoring table reservations
• Handling guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and food quality.
• Uphold the restaurant's policies and procedures.
• Follow the supply of Alcohol Act.
• Knowledgeably present menu options and provide recommendations to guests.
• Provide excellent customer service by welcoming guests, taking orders, and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and workstations.

Experience:
• Prior experience in Food & Beverage.
• Previous experience in a customer service.
• Ability to think of your feet and work by yourself.
• NZ resident or applicable Visa.
