 About The Role

As a Microsoft Solutions Architect (AI) at NetCom Learning, you will play a vital role in shaping the technical skills and knowledge of our clients and internal teams. Your expertise in Microsoft technologies and AI will enable you to develop and deliver high-quality, authorized training programs that empower individuals to effectively utilize these cloud platforms. You will work closely with our clients to understand their training needs and tailor programs that drive their success in the cloud. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating content, cross-training internal staff, and working with our vendor product team to curate content libraries for our offerings.

Key Responsibilities
• Designing and implementing Microsoft solutions for clients, ensuring alignment with their business needs and objectives.
• Creating authorized training content to meet the specific needs of diverse audiences, ranging from beginners to advanced users, while maintaining the core learning objectives.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure training materials align with the latest industry trends and platform updates.
• Working closely with clients to understand their training needs, tailor training programs to meet their requirements, and provide pre-training consultations.
• Conducting workshops, webinars, and in-person training sessions both internally and for clients, ensuring that the authorized content is effectively delivered.
• Providing customization to authorized training modules as needed to address client-specific use cases and scenarios.
• Evaluating training effectiveness through assessments and feedback, continuously improving authorized training materials and delivery methods.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in Microsoft services and AI to provide accurate and relevant authorized training content.
• Providing technical guidance and support to participants during and after authorized training sessions.
• Guiding participants through the preparation process for Microsoft certifications, offering exam-focused training and study strategies.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven expertise in Microsoft technologies and AI, with relevant certifications.
• Previous experience as a solutions architect, technical trainer, instructor, or educator is preferred.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
• Experience in creating authorized training materials, including presentations, labs, and documentation.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt training content to meet the needs of various skill levels.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
