Work Schedule

Standard (Mon-Fri)

Environmental Conditions

Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance, Loud Noises (Equipment/Machinery), Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.), Will work with hazardous/toxic materials

Field based role : >75% travel.

Band : 5

Location : Mumbai.

Initially supporting pan India & after 6 months onwards will primarily support Central and West Region for ICSP (75%) and TEA (25%) of work time.

General Duties :
• Post-application training to customers
• Basic Training, troubleshooting and reporting
• Training as per tender or PO dedication
• On-site workshops/seminars at various customer sites
• Paid training program at customer sites
• Online support to customers in case of parallel work pressure
• On-Field training of new joiners
• Pre-sales involvement as per request from TSS team/marketing team
• Other duties assigned by line manager
• Learn alternative chromatographic techniques for enhanced customer support
