About Regis Chelmer

Regis Chelmer is a purpose-built aged care Home inside a faithfully restored 18+0s mansion, topped with a magnificent rooftop lounge. Our Home has good connectivity to Brisbane CBD with the railway station within walking distance. It is also conveniently located with ease of access to shops, restaurants, a golf club, Mount Coot-tha Botanical Gardens and the Indooroopilly Shopping Centre.

This is a Full time role working Tuesday to Saturday 8.30am - 4.30pm as the Receptionist at Regis Chelmer.

How you’ll make an impact

Answering all telephone enquiries day
Maintain files and documentation.
General administration and data entry
Stationery ordering and petty cash management.
Assisting with staff rosters and training schedules
Ensure efficient operation of the front reception area.
Assisting with visitor enquiries and conducting home tours
Administrative support for other departments of the home
About you

Previous experience working in a busy reception role.
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in an autonomous capacity.
Strong accuracy and data entry skills
PC literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Word and Excel)
Ability to learn internal software systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Outstanding communication, telephone and customer service skills
Experience working within a busy and constantly changing environment.
Bright and friendly demeanor, with a willingness to assist with all customer and resident enquiries.
