My client is a regulatory authority within the health sector

About the role:

They are seeking a Registrations Officer to join their Wellington team of three
This role will be responsible for the administration of the day-to-day registration processes performed by the organisation
You will work closely with the Manager Registrations and Competence Assurance and other team members to ensure a smooth operation

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate the administration process relating to registrations
Manage the overseas applications
Complete administration duties in relation to Annual Certificates
Liaise with applicants, members of the public and other key stakeholders
Reconcile, process and receipt payments
Maintain the website, registers and databases to ensure sound record keeping
Develop and maintain administrative policies and procedures
Business and system improvements
Analysis, reporting and supporting business intelligence functions
Act as the first point of contact, answering enquiries via phone and email

What you will bring to the role:

Database and administration experience
High attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication skills
Technically savvy – Microsoft Office Suite will be tested
Ability to learn and improve systems and take ownership of systems
Data analysis and reporting skills
Adaptable and flexible to change
Willingness to help wherever required
Ability to take ownership of your role, work independently and efficiently
